SPINACH AND SOYA CURRY

Ingredients used in SPINACH AND SOYA CURRY
• Spinach - 2 bunch.
• Onions - 2 cup.
• Tempering - 2 teaspoons.
• Green chillies - 6 numbers.
• Soya granules - 1 cup.
• Masala powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Oil - 4 tablespoons.
• Salt - to taste.
Method:
  • First soak soya granules in warm water and strain out the water from it and keep it aside.
  • In a hot pan add oil and and tempering seeds.
  • Now add green chillies, onions and saute for few minutes.
  • Now add chopped spinach and saute it again.
  • Once it becomes thick add soya granules and masala powder to it.
  • Switch off the flame and serve with rice.
  • You can also add little water for gravy to have with chapatis.
