Ingredients used in Prawns Pumpkin curry
• Prawns - 6 numbers.
• Oil - as required.
• Ginger (chopped) - 1 small.
• Garlic (chopped) - 6 cloves.
• Pumpkin (chopped) - 1/2 number.
• Turmeric powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Rice flour - 1 tablespoon.
• Spring onion - 1/2 bunch.
• Green chillies - 4 numbers.
• Coconut milk - 1/2 cup.
• Saffron water - 1 tea spoon.
• Salt - to taste.
Method:
  • In a pan add oil and fry the prawns and keep aside.
  • In the same pan add ginger, garlic, pumpkin, turmeric powder, salt, rice flour, spring onion, green chilies, coconut milk and cook it well.
  • Add saffron water, fried prawns and cook it for 5 minutes.

Serve it.
