Ingredients used in Prawns Pumpkin curry
• Prawns - 6 numbers.
• Oil - as required.
• Ginger (chopped) - 1 small.
• Garlic (chopped) - 6 cloves.
• Pumpkin (chopped) - 1/2 number.
• Turmeric powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Rice flour - 1 tablespoon.
• Spring onion - 1/2 bunch.
• Green chillies - 4 numbers.
• Coconut milk - 1/2 cup.
• Saffron water - 1 tea spoon.
• Salt - to taste.
Method:
In a pan add oil and fry the prawns and keep aside. In the same pan add ginger, garlic, pumpkin, turmeric powder, salt, rice flour, spring onion, green chilies, coconut milk and cook it well. Add saffron water, fried prawns and cook it for 5 minutes. Serve it.
