Star Samosas With Spinach Corn Mushroom

Ingredients used in Star Samosas With Spinach Corn Mushroom
• Butter ( cubes ) - 2-3 number.
• Garlic (chopped) - 6 cloves.
• Sweet corn - 1 number.
• Pepper powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Mushroom (pieces) - 4 number.
• Spinach (chopped) - 1 bunch.
• All-purpose flour (maida) - 1 cup.
• Salt - to taste.
• Water - as required.
• Egg (beaten) - 1 number.
• Oil - as required.
Method:
  • Take a pan, add cubes of butter, chopped garlic, sweet corn, pepper powder, toss it, add mushroom pieces, chopped spinach, cook for about 5 minutes, transfer to the bowl with beaten egg mixture.
  • Take all-purpose flour in a bowl, add oil, salt, mix to a stiff dough by adding water in small quantities.
  • Take small portions of the prepared dough, roll them to small puris, stuff with theprepared mixture, seal it by bringing three corners together (triangular shape) as shown in the video, deep fry in hot oil and transfer to a plate.

Hot, crispy and delicious Star Samosas With Spinach Corn Mushroom are now ready to serve with tomato ketch up.
