Ingredients used in STEAMED CHICKEN MASALA FRY
• Chicken - 1 cup.
• Lemon juice - 2 numbers.
• Curry leaves - 4 springs.
• Turmeric - pinch.
• Ginger garlic paste - 1 tea spoon.
• Onion paste - 1 cup.
• Red chilli powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Coriander powder - 1 teaspoons.
• Ajinomoto - 1 tea spoon.
• Garam masala - 1 tea spoon.
• Cumin powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Salt - to taste.
• Corn flour - 1 tea spoon.
• Water - as required.
Method:
Take a bowl, add chopped curry leaves, lemon juice, ginger garlic paste, chicken, turmeric, onion paste, red chili powder, coriander powder, ajinomoto and mix it well. Then add garam masala, cornflour and mix it well. Now take a pan, add water and keep another pan up of that and steam it for 10 minutes. Then let it cool. In another pan, add oil and fry the chicken. Serve on a plate.
