STEAMED CHICKEN MASALA FRY

Ingredients used in STEAMED CHICKEN MASALA FRY
• Chicken - 1 cup.
• Lemon juice - 2 numbers.
• Curry leaves - 4 springs.
• Turmeric - pinch.
• Ginger garlic paste - 1 tea spoon.
• Onion paste - 1 cup.
• Red chilli powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Coriander powder - 1 teaspoons.
• Ajinomoto - 1 tea spoon.
• Garam masala - 1 tea spoon.
• Cumin powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Salt - to taste.
• Corn flour - 1 tea spoon.
• Water - as required.
Method:
  • Take a bowl, add chopped curry leaves, lemon juice, ginger garlic paste, chicken, turmeric, onion paste, red chili powder, coriander powder, ajinomoto and mix it well.
  • Then add garam masala, cornflour and mix it well.
  • Now take a pan, add water and keep another pan up of that and steam it for 10 minutes. Then let it cool.
  • In another pan, add oil and fry the chicken. Serve on a plate.
