Ingredients used in STIR FRY OKRA SOYA GARLIC
• Sesame seeds - 1 tea spoon.
• Sugar - 1 tea spoon.
• Dark soya sauce - 1 tea spoon.
• Light soya sauce - 1 tea spoon.
• Vegetarian oyster sauce - 1 tea spoon.
• Toasted sesame seeds oil - 1 tablespoon.
• Garlic - 10-15 cloves.
• Okra - 8-10 numbers.
• Mushroom(chopped) - 1 tablespoon.
• Ginger(finely chopped) - 1/2 tea spoon.
Method:
Heat a pan toast some sesame seeds and transfer into a bowl. In a bowl add sugar, dark soya sauce, light soya sauce, vegetarian oyster sauce, Heat Toasted sesame seeds oil in a pan and add garlic, okra and saute it. To it add mushroom and and all three sauces mixture and saute it. Add ginger toasted sesame seeds and mix nicely and transfer into a serving bowl and garnish with sesame seeds. Now stir fry okra soya garlic is ready to serve.
