Ingredients used in Sweet Corn Chat
• Sweet corn - 1 cup.
• Coriander leaves (chopped) - 1 bunch.
• Tomato ketchup - 1 tea spoon.
• Curd - 1 tablespoon.
• Chaat masala - 1 tea spoon.
• Mustard oil - 1 tea spoon.
• Ginger (chopped) - 1 tea spoon.
• Green chilies (chopped) - 1 tea spoon.
• Curry leaves (chopped) - 1 bunch.
• Onion (chopped) - 1 number.
• Tomatoes (chopped) - 1 number.
• Capsicum (chopped) - 1 tea spoon.
• Red chili powder - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Lemon juice - 1 tea spoon.
• Potatoes (boiled) - 1/4 cup.
• Sev - as required.
Method:
  • Heat mustard oil in a pan, add chopped ginger, green chilies, curry leaves, hing and saute it.
  • Add sweet corn, boiled and chopped potatoes, salt, toss it and turn off the flame.
  • Now, add chopped onions, tomatoes, capsicum, coriander leaves, red chili powder, lemon juice, chaat masala,mix well and transfer to a plate.
  • Top it with coriander leaves, tomato ketchup, curd, chat masala and sev.

Delicious Sweet Corn Chat is now ready to serve.
