TASTY TOMATO CHUTNEY

Ingredients used in TASTY TOMATO CHUTNEY
• Tomatoes - 5 numbers.
• Chilli powder - 1/3 tea spoon.
• Salt - to taste.
• Oil - as required.
• Cumin seeds - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Curry leaves - 10 spring.
Method:
  • Cut tomatoes into pieces. Put the pieces in mixi along with chilli powder and salt and grind them.
  • For tempering, take a bowl and add oil, cumin seeds and curry leaves. Then add the grinded mixture of tomatoes and let it boil for 4-5 minutes until the raw taste of tomatoes is gone. That's it. Tomato chutney is ready.

It is very easy for prepare. It's goes nice with dosa, idly.
