THAI STYLE GREEN CHICKEN CURRY

Ingredients used in THAI STYLE GREEN CHICKEN CURRY
• Cumin seeds - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Coriander seeds - 1/4 tea spoon.
• Green chillies - 6-7 numbers.
• Lime leaves - 4 numbers.
• Lemongrass - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Garlic - 5 cloves.
• Ginger - 1 piece.
• Coriander leaves - 1/2 bunch.
• Green bell pepper - 1 number.
• White pepper powder - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Oil - 2-3 tablespoons.
• Chicken pieces - 400 grams.
• Salt - to taste.
• Coconut milk - 1-2 tablespoons.
Method:
  • In a pan add cumin seeds, coriander seeds and roast it.
  • In a mixie jar add green chillies, 2 lime leaf, lemongrass, garlic, ginger, coriander leaves, 3 pieces bell pepper, white pepper powder, dry roasted cumin seeds, coriander seeds and blend into smooth green paste.
  • Heat oil in a pan and add chicken pieces, pinch of salt and saute it.
  • To it add green paste, coconut milk, 2lime leaf, green bell pepper, little water and mix it cook it.
  • When chicken is cooked switch off flame.

Now thai style green chicken curry is ready to serve.
