Ingredients used in ULLI KARAM
• Ginger (chopped) - 2 teaspoons.
• Garlic (chopped) - 2 teaspoons.
• Coriander powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Chilli powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Garam masala - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Salt - to taste.
• Oil - as required.
• Onion(chopped) - 1/2 cup.
Method:
  • In a mortar pestle add ginger pieces, garlic pieces, crush them till they became a coarse paste.
  • Take the paste in a bowl and to that add onion pieces, coriander powder, chilli powder, garam masala powder, salt, oil mix it well and serve it with any kind of roti.

Pour little oil in the pan and once it gets hot add mustard seeds then when they splutter include urad dal and fresh curry leaves. Pour the ground paste into this and fry for around 5 minutes. Serve with Idli and dosa.
