VEGETABLE BASKET NOODLES

Ingredients used in VEGETABLE BASKET NOODLES
• Oil - 1 to fry.
• Onions - 1 number.
• Shallots - 1/2 cup.
• Carrots slices - 5-6 numbers.
• Red bell pepper - 1/2 number.
• Green bell pepper - 1/2 number.
• Garlic(chopped) - 1/2 tablespoon.
• Cucumber - 1 number.
• Mushrooms - 1 cup.
• Baby corns - 1 cup.
• Soya sauce - 2 drops.
• Msg - 1 pinch.
• Salt - to taste.
• Boiled noodles - 1 cup.
• Corn flour - 1/2 cup.
• Chinese cabbage - 1 cup.
• Tomatoes - 1 number.
• Cornstarch - 1 tablespoon.
• Spring onions - 1 tea spoon.
Method:
  • In a pan add oil, chopped garlic, onions, shallots, carrot, red bell peppers, green bell pepper, cucumber, water and saute it.
  • Then add mushrooms, baby corns, soya sauce, msg, water and saute it.
  • When it is boiling add salt and leave it.
  • In a bowl add cooked noodles, corn flour and mix it well.
  • Take 2 spider ladle then put noodles on one ladle and make it like small nest.
  • Then press with the other ladle tightly.
  • Put the noodles in hot oil and press the noodles from the top.
  • When it is cooked remove from oil and place it in a plate.
  • In boiling mixture add cabbage, tomatoes, corn starch and mix it well.
  • When it is dry switch off the flame and put these cooked vegetables on noodle basket.
  • Garnish with spring onions.

Now vegetable basket noodles is ready.
