Cucumber seeded and Diced	0	1
fresh lemon juice	cup	0.25
Garlic Cloves Minced	0	2
Jalapeno, Seeded and Minced	0	1

Roma Tomatoes cored seeded and chopped	0	2

Directions \| How to make Cucumber-Avacado Salsa

Preheat pan, add little cooking oil, Fry corn, add salt and pepper. Let it cool. Add cucumber, onion, tomatoes, avocado, garlic, cilantro, jalapeno and lime juice.
