Ingredients used in Fish biryani
• Pulao rice - 400 grams.
• Tomatoes (finely chopped) - 1/2 cup.
• Coconut milk - 2 cups.
• Salt - to taste.
• Cloves - 2 grams.
• Cinnamon - 2 grams.
• Pepper corn - 2 grams.
• Bay leaf - 2 grams.
• Ghee - 1 tablespoons.
• Fish - 500 grams.
• Salt - 10 grams.
• Garlic - 3 cloves.
• Ginger - 5 grams.
• Mint leaves - to taste.
• Curds - 150 ml.
• Green chilies (slited) - 3 number.
• Coriander leaves - 1 bunch.
• Ginger-garlic paste - 1+1/2 tea spoon.
Method:
  • Remove bones from fish and marinate it in curds mixed with salt, chopped garlic, ginger and mint leaves. let it rest for one hour.
  • Prepare rice as for tomato coconut pulao.
  • When rice is three-fourths done make a well in the center, and put in the fish.
  • Finish off the cooking. mix well and serve hot.
