Directions | How to make Maddur Vada
 
Mix all the ingredients together. Add little water if required to make a firm dough. Flatten out on plastic sheet. Poke the flattened vada with a fork. Deep fry till golden brown on both sides. Serve with chutney or ketchup!
Recipe Tips Serving Ideas
Fry on medium high. The onions should not get charred. Sesame can be substitued with Jeera or even both can be added. Best had when fresh. Tastes good without any accompaniment. Goes well with any ketchup or chutney...
