Directions | How to make Oats Uthappa
Crush the rolled oats with your hands as much as possible. Add Rawa and the rest of the ingredients to it.add little water to make the batter a little thicker than that of normal uthappa.Leave the batter for 15-30 mins.now take a tava (roti pan ).Add 1/2 tsp oil to it for the first oat uthappa. let it heat well. Now pour 2 Tbsp of batter on to the heated tava in quick succession and spread it properly. Then immediately cover the tava with some lid and let the uthappa cook for 30 secs or till the upper part looks set and when you try to detach it from the tava, it comes off easily.Flip it and cook the other side. no need to cover the tava for the other side.

Serving Ideas
If you are not very diet conscious then you can add little more oil when you flip it. gives good taste. If you use non-stick pan then its even lessand more healthy.
Serve it with coconut mint chutney. It tastes best when served hot.
