Ingredients used in PINEAPPLE KHER
• Saffron strings ( optional) - 1 pinch.
• Raisens - 2 tablespoons.
• Cashews - 2 tablespoons.
• Cardmom seeds - 6 clove.
• Sugar - 3/4 cup.
• Coconut milk - 1 can.
• Crushed pineapple - 1 can.
• Yellow colour (optional) - 1 pinch.
• Ghee or unsalted butter - 2 tablespoons.
Method:
Drain the water from the crushed pineapple can, and keep asside.Then take a pan and add ghee, and add the raisens and drained pineapples, and stir them for 3 mins. then add the coconut milk and cashews and cardmom seeds,and after a boil add the sugar and saffron and yellow colour, which is optional. you can enjoy this hot or chilled. just off the stove and keep it in a bowl and refregerate for 2 hrs. yummy delicious dessert is ready to eat
