Description :  Thai pan-fried wide rice noodles with chicken and broccoli in sweet soy sauce.

sweet soy sauce (can subsitute teriyaki sauce and use less sugar)

Directions | How to make Pad See Ew
 
Slice chicken and marinade with 1 Tbs. of oil and soy sauce. In a pot bring water to boil and cook rice noodles for five minutes. Drain noodles and wash with cold water. Cut broccoli into bite-size pieces and stew in a pot with some salt water. Take out of the water and set aside. Heat 3 Tbs. of oil in a wok or a pan. Add garlic and then add chicken and stir-fry. Push chicken to one side and quickly add beaten eggs. Once they begin to set, gently scramble them. Stir chicken and eggs. Add broccolli and stir-fry. Add noodles, fish sauce, soy sauce and sugar and stir well.
Recipe Tips Serving Ideas
Firm tofu can be subsituted for the chicken. Serve over lettuce leaves with condiments of choice.
