1.mix the sausage mince with the sauces;divide it into 8 equal portions. 2.dust eggs lightly with flour seasoned with salt and pepper than cover each egg with the sausage mixture ,press well. 3.brush the beaten eggs and roll the eggs in bread crumbs. 4.then deep fry the eggs in hot oil untill gloden brown, drain on paper towels. 5.chill the eggs for an hour. 6.serve cold with a salad and bread.
