cooking oil	tbsp	3
crushed mustard	tsp	1/2
fenugreek roasted and powdered	tsp	1/2
few curry leaves	leaf
green chillies sliced round	tsp	2
medium onion chopped fine	number	1
minced or grated ginger	tbsp	1
mustard	tsp	1
salt	to taste
tomato chopped very fine	number	1
yougurt	cup	2
Directions \| How to make Tomato Pachadi

Heat the oil in a pan.Splutter mustard and then add fenugreek powder.Stir gently.Add the onions and saute for a couple of minutes.Then add the green chillies , tomatoes , ginger ,curry leaves and saute for another couple of minutes. Finally add the well beaten yogurt and crushed mustard.Stir well and adjust salt.Remove from fire when the mixture is hot.
