Ingredient Name Quantity Unit
safron  diluted in water Grams
sugar syrup or powder sugar  250 gms boiled with water for powder sugar 30 Grams
ghee  200 Grams
aloo boiled and mashed  500 Grams
cream  optional
elachi powder  seeds taken out and then crushed
kishmish  on ur taste

1.take potatoes boil them mash them well heat a non stick pan add ghee in it put little pinch of choti elachi powder and the add the mashed potatoes stir well till little brown make sure they dont stick on to the pan then add the sugar syrup add acc to ur taste...or powder sugar stir well add kishmish if u feel u dont want the taste to taste like aloo add cream and taste and then serve hot
