ALOO STUFFED SPINACH PAKODA

Ingredients used in ALOO STUFFED SPINACH PAKODA
• Chickpea flour - 1 cup.
• Salt - to taste.
• Carom seeds - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Cooking soda - 1 pinch.
• Red chili powder - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Potato(boiled) - 1 number.
• Coriander powder - 1/4 tea spoon.
• Cumin powder - 1/4 tea spoon.
• Amchur powder - 1/4 tea spoon.
• Spinach leaves - 10-15 numbers.
• Oil - to fry.
Method:
  • Take a bowl and add chickpea flour, salt, carom seeds, cooking soda, red chili powder, 1 tablespoon oil and mix nicely using water to make bajji batter.
  • Take a plate and add mashed potato, coriander powder, cumin powder, red chili powder, amchur powder, salt and mix stuffing mixture.
  • Take the spinach leaves and place the stuffing and roll it like as shown in video.
  • Dip stuffed spinach in the chickpea batter and deep fry in hot oil.

Now aloo stuffed spinach pakoda is ready to serve.
