|Mustard,urad Dhal,curry Leaves,asafoetida For Seasoning||To Taste|
|Granny Smith Apples||2||Numbers|
|Red Chilli Powder||1.5||Tablespoons|
Heat oil,add seasoning and when the mustad splutters, add apple cut into small pieces(with skin). once the apple gets cooked,add the methi,red chilli powders and salt and fry till the raw smell of the red chilli powder disappears.
This is a very good recipe to convert those sour apples into a yummy pickle or it can be even made as a thokku by adding grated apples instead of apple pieces.
