Ingredients used in Baingan Ka Bharta
• Fresh coriander leaves - to taste.
• Oil - 1/2 cup.
• Chopped green chillies - to taste.
• Large onion - 1 numbers.
• Garlic flakes - 5 numbers.
• Large tomato - 1 numbers.
• Eggplants - 2 numbers.
Method:
Roast the eggplants till it turns soft. Peel off the skin and mash it properly. Add mustard oil, green chilies, onions, tomatoes and chopped garlic. Add salt and mix it well. Pour a teaspoon of lime juice over this mixture. Serve Baingan Ka Bartha with rice.
