Ingredient Name Quantity Unit
Garlic 4 Clove
Tamarind Paste 1/2 Cup
Red Chillies(Pandu Mirapa) 10 Piece
Fresh Okra 1/2 Pound
Salt To Taste
Zeera 1 Tablespoons


cut the okra in to big pieces add them to a fry pan with little bit oil - cover the pan untill it cooks - do not fry fry the red chillies untill it burns wait untill it cools the bency and red chillies take the blender add redchillies, tomato paste, garlic, zeera, pasupu and salt - paste them very smoothly then add the cooked okra and blend gently - do not blend it too much. then taste it and complete the popu and eat with rice.

Is it tamato paste or tamarind paste? or any of them can be used...
