Description: hi sanjay,i am a regular visitor of ur site&this is my first contribution to ur site.....this recipe is my own creation,and i tried it 2yrs back&was gr8..since then doing it frequently
Recipe of BREAD BHAJIA
|Onions Chopped Finely||1||Quart|
|Hard Tomatoes Chopped Very Finely||2||Small|
|Green Chillies Chopped Very Finely||6-8 or||To Taste|
|White Bread Slices||8||Loaf|
|Oil(any Kind U Desire)||To Fry|
|Coriander (cilantro)chopped Finely||4||Springs|
1.Take the bread slices in a bowl and break into very very small pieces. and add all the chopped ingredients to it except water&salt. 2.Then mix all together and knead it like a dough(all the bread pieces should get mashed). 3.Add water very slowly and keep kneading it like a soft dough ,the dough should be of consistency for you to make dumplings to any form(use extra water if needed). 5.Now add chopped cilantro & salt and mix altogether again. 6.Then shape the dough into small bullets and roll them in the bread crumbs by pressing them lightly,so that the crumbs get sticked to it properly. 7.Heat oil for 10 mins on medium heat &deep fry the bullets until nice golden in colour.Serve hot.
add enough water.too much of water may spoil it.
