Ingredients used in Bread Kebabs
• Chicken masala - to taste.
• Red chilly powder - to taste.
• Salt - to taste.
• Galic paste - 1 to taste.
• Ginger paste - 1 teaspoons.
• Yougurt - 3 tablespoons.
• Bread slices (sandwich bread) - 6 slice.
• Finely chopped green chilly - 1 piece.
• Finely chopped cilantro - 5 leaf.
• Oil - to fry.
Method:
Take a plate .place the bread slices. than apply yougurt on every slice . then put ginger galic paste ,salt,red chilly powder ,chicken masala,cilantro ,and green chilly. try to spread all the ingredients on every slice of bread. then leave this marination for 15 to 20 mins. then mash it with hands it should be a nice dough so that u can give a good shape to it. if its dry u can add some yogurt to it .. then u can shape then as tikki or u can give them shape of kebabs or any shape u like. Then deep fry them . they should be nice brown in color. then u can serve this with any kind of chutney .... thank you Jyoti
