Description: One can make brocolli and mushroom soup as well as a good fry with the same ingredients.

Recipe of Brocolli Mushroom fry and soup

Ingredient Name Quantity Unit
Cumin Powder 1 Tablespoons
Corriander Powder 1 Tablespoons
Oil 3 Tablespoons
Chilli Powder 1 Tablespoons
Onion 1 Cup
Cumin Seeds 1 Tablespoons
Mushroom 250 Grams
Brocolli 250 Grams
Salt 1 Pinch
Turmeric 1

Directions

Cut broccoli into medium peices and each mushroom into four peices. Take a container with 750ml of water+brocolli+mushrooms+salt for 15 mins in medium flame. By this time, the broccoli will be cooked. Drain the liquid from the mixture into a bowl. This liquid can be served as a soup. Its taste good with juicy mushroom flavor and the meat of broccoli. Optionally pepper powder can be added. Now, take a pan, heat it with oil and add cumin seeds. Once they start spluttering, add onions and sauté until golden brown. Then add chilli powder, corriander powerm cumin powder, turmeric, salt (little) and saute for few mins. Then add the broccolli and mushrooms from the container into the pan and fry for 5 mins on medium flame.
