Ingredients used in RAW MANGO JUICING FOR ANEMIC
• Black salt - pinch.
• Sabjaa seeds (bazil seeds) - 2 tablespoons.
• Raw mango - 1 number.
• Pomegranatte seeds - 1/2 cup.
• Honey - 1 tablespoon.
Method:
Some basil seeds soaked in water swell and jell upkeep aside. For this we use mango pulp (you can boil this mango in a pressure cooker and get the pulp out) flavor it with black salt, for the sweetness, we add pomegranate seeds, add honey blend these ingredients, the juice is ready. we add basil seeds to the juice and mix it up.
