"Want a roasted chicken that is juicy inside . this recipe is perfect.It is quick and easy to prepare. The picture shown does display a chicken that was cooked in a bag, but the chicken was also roasted with vegetables and needed the bag to immerse the vegetables in the chicken flavor.

|Ginger Garlic Paste||1/2||Teaspoons|
|Red Chilli Powder||1||Tablespoons|
|Salt To Taste|
|Coriander Leaves For Garnishing||1||Tablespoons|
2. Add the marinated chicken pieces and mix well. Cover the pan and cook the chicken on a very slow flame for 10 minutes. In between remove the lid and give it a nice stir and cook again until the chicken is cooked.
3. Switch off the flame and sprinkle some coriander leaves
.4. The Butter Chicken roast is ready to serve.
