Recipe of Cabbage and Spinach Pakora

Ingredient Name Quantity Unit
Cabbage 1/2 Cup
Spinach 1/2 Can
Onions 3 Tablespoons
Green Pepper 2 Numbers
Bengal Gram Flour 1/4 Cup
Roasted Dhalia 1/2 Cup
Rice Flour 1 Cup
Garam Masala 1/2 Tablespoons
Salt To Taste
Baking Soda a Pinch


Mix all of the above ingredients and form a dough. Do not add water. Just sprinkle water say a few drops. Heat oil in a skillet and fry them in medium heat. Serve with Tomato Ketchup

Recipe Tips

Do not add water to the dough. Just sprinkle some and mix well.
