This is a good appetiser/Starter and also could be served as a sidedish Hot with spicy sauce...

Recipe of Cabbage and Spinach Pakora

Ingredient Name Quantity Unit
Cabbage  1/2 Cup
Spinach  1/2 Can
Onions  3 Tablespoons
Green pepper  2 Numbers
Bengal gram flour  1/4 Cup
Roasted dhalia  1/2 Cup
Rice flour  1 Cup
Garam Masala  1/2 Tablespoons
Salt   To Taste
Baking Soda  a Pinch

Mix all of the above ingredients and form a dough. Do not add water. Just sprinkle water say a few drops. Heat oil in a skillet and fry them in medium heat. Serve with Tomato Ketchup
