Recipe of Cabbage and Spinach Pakora

Ingredient Name Quantity Unit
Cilantro
Salt To Taste
Garam Masala 1 Teaspoons
Spinach 1/2 Cup
Grated Cabbage 1/2 Cup
Green Pepper/Chillies 2 - 3 Numbers
Bengal Gram Flour 1/4 Cup
Roasted Dhalia Flour 1/2 Cup
Rice Flour 1 Cup
Soda Bicarb 1/2 Teaspoons
Oil To Fry
Cashews Optional 1 Tablespoons
Onions Optional 2 Tablespoons

Directions

Mix all of the above ingredients in a pan and add say TSP of Hot Oil to the mixture. Make a soft dough . Do not add water. Just sprinkle a few drops if needed. Adding water would make the dish oily when fried in Oil. Heat Oil in a skillet . Take small portions of the mix and deep fry them in oil. Drain any excess oil and serve hot woth Chutney or sauce. Best when eaten hot.

Recipe Tips

Adding nuts like cashews add more flavour to it.
