Recipe of cabbage egg curry
1.In a kadai heat the oil and put mustard seeds,urud dhal and curry leaves... 2.let the mustard seeds splutter then add onion and green chillies.. 3.let the onion becomes transparent then add the nice grated cabbage.. 4.keep it in medium flame...cabbage is having some water content in it so it will boil with that water itself.. 5.now u can feel that cabbage is cooked then add egg directly and fry well until the egg becomes soft.. 6.if u need u can add pinch of turmeric powder then fry sometime then add needed salt.. 7.after cabbage and egg cooked well u can garnish with corriander Ieaves..
if u use olive oil it will taste more
