Recipe of Caramel Pudding

Ingredient Name Quantity Unit
Bread White slice  6 Numbers
Sugar as per taste  
Eggs  7 Numbers
Milk  1 litre Bottle
Vanilla Essence  6 Drops

Directions

Beat Eggs till they are nice fluffy. Add milk,sugar and slices of bread and beat again. The more time you beat the mixture the better your Pudding will come out. When you finish beating ass the Essence. Heat a spoon of sugar in a pan. When the sugar is brown...remove it on a oven bowl. Pour the mixture in it. Keep it in the oven for about 20 min on 360 degree.c. To check if the pudding is ready dip in a knife and if it comes out clean that means it is ready. Remove it in a plate..serve chilled. If any of you does not have oven, you can also make it In a pressure cooker. Just pour the mixture in it and close the container tightly , Let it cook on a slow flame for about 20 mins.
