Ingredient Name Quantity Unit
Green Chillies 5 Numbers
Ginger Garlic Paste 1 Teaspoons
Coriander 15 Leaf
Cauliflower Florets 10 Numbers
Eggs 3 Numbers
Turmeric 2 Pinch
Oil To Fry


1. Take water and boil. Add little salt and turmeric to water while boiling. Add cauliflower florets to the boiling water and allow to boil for 3-4 min. Then Stain the florets and keep aside. 2. Grind together the eggs, coriander leaves, green chillies and ginger garlic paste. Add salt to the mixture. 3. Take oil in a frying pan and heat it. Dip the boiled florets in the egg mixture and fry in the oil. 4. Serve in a plate and garnish with coriander and green chillies.

Recipe Tips

Do not overcook cauliflower as they may break.

have eaten this delicacy many many times in Mangalore. can we have avideo as to see the timings.. and is there any alternative to egg for our vegetarian guests... thanks

i have eaten this recipe many many times in mangalore, but can we have a video recipe so as to see hte nminor timings we need to do it perfectly. is there any substitute to the egg, for vegetarian guests thanks..

I had many good recipes when tried from this site. But this one I do not prefer to any one as it did not taste good.
