Ingredients used in chala charu
• Curry leaves - 12 leaf.
• Ginger garlic paste - 1/2 teaspoons.
• Oil - 1/2 tablespoons.
• Basin powder - 4 teaspoons.
• Spinach leaves - 1/2 cup.
• Jeera - 1 teaspoons.
• Salt - to taste.
• Cumin seeds - 1 teaspoons.
• Sour curd - 1 cup.
• Corriander - 1 .
• Green chilly paste(add salt and little turmeric) - as req(2-3) teaspoons.
• Water - as req .
Method:
1. take sour yoghurt and make it into buttermilk dont add much water 2.rinse spinach and cut into pieces and keep aside 3. take a small bowl inthat add basin powder and mix little water untill no lumps are formed 4.take a pan add oil ,after oil is hot add cumin seeds, jeera, curry leaves,after they are splittering add gingergarlicpaste 5.now add spinach and let it cook for 3-5 min 6.now after that add the buttermilk and wait for 2 min 7.now add the basin paste slowly intlo the curd mixture (stir well untill no lumps) 8.now add the green chilly paste (as on req) 2 tsp 9.after it get thickens add corriander leaves and off the stove 8.now add
