Tomato 1/2 Numbers
Onion 1 Numbers
Boneless Chicken 1 Lbs
Green Chillies 2 Numbers
Salt To Taste
Red Chilli Powder 1 Tablespoons
Spring Roll Sheets 15 Numbers
Egg White 1 Numbers

Directions

1.Boil chicken in cooker for 6 whistles.take out from cooker and smash it. 2.Cut onions into small pieces and green chillies. 3.Take kadhai and put oil,zeera,onions, green chillies, cabbage into it and fry till golden brown. 4.Add chicken salt,soya sauce and cook for 10 mins. then add ginger garlic paste and red chili powder and red chilli sauce.again cook for 10 mins. 5.cool down the mixture at room temperature. 6.take one sheet at a time and put 1 spoon mixture on the sheet and roll it. 7.fry the rolls in deep oil and serve hot with ketchup.
