Ingredients used in Crispy Baked Chicken Strips
• Eggs - 2 numbers.
• Salt - to taste.
• Mixed herbs - 1 tea spoon.
• Bread crumbs - 1 cup.
• Chicken strips - 250 grams.
• All purpose flour - 1/2 cup.
• Butter - 1 tablespoon.
• Coriander powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Cumin powder - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Garam masala - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Chili powder - 1 tea spoon.
Method:
Take bread crumbs into the plate, add butter, mixed herbs, mix it and add 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour, and rub them all together. Cut chicken into thin long strips, take them into the bowl add cumin powder, garam masala powder, coriander powder, salt, chili powder, mix this well. Take this chicken strips dust with all purpose flour, dip them into the beaten egg, coat with breadcrumbs, arrange them on the baking tray and bake them at 220 c for 12 minutes. After 7 minutes remove the tray and turn the chicken strips another side Again put it back into the oven and bake them.
