TAPIOCA CHICKEN FRY

Ingredients used in TAPIOCA CHICKEN FRY
• Tapoica - 2 numbers.
• Chicken - 1/4 cup.
• Onion - 1 numbers.
• Turmeric - pinch.
• Cumin seeds - 1 tea spoon.
• Ginger garlic paste - 1 tea spoon.
• Coriander powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Cumin powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Garam masala powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Tomato puree - 1 cup.
• Curry leaves - 4 springs.
• Oil - as required.
• Salt - to taste.
Method:
  1. Take a pan pour oil heat it.
  2. Add cumin seeds.
  3. Add chopped onion.
  4. Add salt as per taste.
  5. Add ginger garlic paste.
  6. Add chopped tapoica.
  7. Add 4strips of curry leaves.
  8. Add pinch of turmeric.
  9. Add coriander powder.
  10. Add cumin powder.
  11. Add red chilli powder.
  12. Saute all these nicely.
  13. Then add tomato puree.
  14. Add chicken put on lid.
  15. Saute all these for 5 mins nicely.
  16. Then add garam masala powder.
  17. Add salt as per taste.
  18. And sprikle the coriander leaves.
  19. Spicy yummy TAPOICA CHICKEN is ready.
