Recipe of Cucumber Paratha

Ingredient Name Quantity Unit
Red Chiili Powder 1/2 Tablespoons
Gram Flour Or Besan 1 Cup
Wheat Flour 1 Cup
Carom Seeds 1/4 Tablespoons
Cucumber 1 Big
Turmeric 1/4 Teaspoons
Salt To Taste


1. Peel the cucumber and Grate it. 2. To this grated cucumber add wheat flour and gram flour. 3. Add carom seeds, Red chilli powder, turmeric and salt. 4. Mix them well ....only if u feel like its very dry then add water. 5. Keep this dough little loose so that u can pour this like dosa on Tava. Please take care that the dough should not be very thin(watery) or very thick like our chapatti dough. 6. Keep Tava on gas and once tave is hot add oil on tava 7. now pour this mixture on tava and just spead it like how u spead dosa.. 8.once one side is done just turn around and cook from the other side. 9. Eat hot with mango achar or curd
