this is made with curd, cocoa, sugar, maida or all purpose flour and little mirinda or pepsi or 7 up

Recipe of curd cocoa cake

Ingredient Name Quantity Unit
cocoa powder  7 Teaspoons
maida or all purpose flour  3/4 Cup
vanilla essence  one Teaspoons
sugar  half Cup
curd  half Cup
cooking oil  half Cup
baking soda  half Teaspoons
mirinda /pepsi /7 up  apprx 1/2 Cup
icing sugar  half Cup

First blend well oil, sugar and curd to a nice smooth batter. Take the flour and mix baking soda and 5 spoons of cocoa powder (of 7 use only 5 now)-(if possible seive 3 times to distribute it well) . Now mix this to the curd mixture also add mirinda or 7 up little by little to make a thin batter (like idli or dosa consistency). Pour this on a baking tray and keep in microwave oven or 5 mins or if it is oven approx 7 mins. Take and cool. Optional Chocolate sauce- take icing sugar 1/2 cup 2 spoons cocoa powder, 3 drops of vanilla essence and little mirinda or 7 up mix well and pour on top of the cake and decorate with nuts. Try this a quick and eggless cake.
