Ingredients used in dahi cutlet
• Vegetables as u like - 1 cup.
• Green chillies - 3 numbers.
• Ginger - 11/2 teaspoons.
• Cumin seeds - 1/2 teaspoons.
• Besan - 1 cup.
• Fresh yoghurt - 1 cup.
• Salt as ur taste - .
• Garam masala - 1/2 teaspoons.
• Oil - 1 tablespoons.
Method:

boil the vegetables and drain and keep it aside,heat oil in pan ,add cuminseeds after that add ginger n chillies fry for 2 min,add all the cooked vegetables and fry for jus 3 mins add salt and curd cook it till the water oozes out frm the curd now add the besan flourto the mixture and keep on mixing till the mixture become thick witout moisture content in it. Now take the mixture in little quatities and make the shape of cutlet ur wish and keept it side.Now fry the cutlet in nonstick tawa using little amt of oil like chapatis on medium flame till golden brown ....
