quick,simple egg masala.

Recipe of egg masala

Ingredient Name Quantity Unit
pepper powder  1 Teaspoons
green chilli  1 Teaspoons
curry leaves  1 Springs
ginger  1 Teaspoons
tomato  1 Large
onions  2 Large
egg  4 Large
turmeric  1 Pinch
salt  1 Teaspoons
butter/oil  1 Tablespoons
coriander leaves  2 Springs

Directions
cut the 2nd,--5th ingredient into small pieces.in a pan fry the onion,ginger,curry leaves,chillies till golden brown .add tomato and fry till it is well cooked .add salt turmeric and coriander leavesamp; fry for another minute.add one egg to the masala and mix well.now make 3 small holes in the masala and put the egg in order that the yolks won#39;t break.sprinkle little salt and pepper powder over the egg.cover the pan and switch off the flame.open the pan and divide the egg with masala into 3 pieces and serve along with bread, chapati,paratha or nan
