Recipe of Fish and Chips

Ingredient Name Quantity Unit
Green Chillis 3 Numbers
Cucumber 1 Tablespoons
Onions 1 Numbers
Beer as needed
Cornflour 1/2 Teaspoons
Maida 1 Tablespoons
Lemon Juice 1 Numbers
Red Chilli Powder as needed
Salt as needed
Fish 1 Numbers
Vinegar 1 Tablespoons


  1. Take  a plate add lemon juice, salt,red chilli powder mix well then dip the fish fille both the side.
  2. Take a bowl add All purpose Flour ie maida, salt, baking powder, beer mix this well, keep it in a fridge for 15min. andd yellow food color In another plate add cornflour and maida dip the marinated fish both the side.
  3. To make a mock sauce add  vinegar,onion,cucumber, green chillis chopped microwave for 1min cool it down and add it to mayonees mix well. dip fish in batter and deep fry
