Recipe of fish egg cutlet

Ingredient Name Quantity Unit
Greenchily Chopped 1 Tablespoons
Finely Chopped Onion 1 Cup
Ginger Garlic Paste 2 Tablespoons
Cumin Powder 2 Tablespoons
Salt To Taste
Soya Sauce 1 Tablespoons
Red Chilly Powder 2 Teaspoons
Tumeric Powder 1 Tablespoons
Fish Eggs 1 Lbs
Kasturi Methi 1 Teaspoons
Oil To Fry
Gram Flour 2-3 Tablespoons


clean the fresh fish eggs .(sold separately in fish shops) Mix well all the ingredients with fish eggs which should make a think batter. In case the batter is thin then add some more gram flour to it. Then heat the frying pan(a non-stick pan will be better) with oil for stir frying the cutlets. then take a table spoon and pour spoon full of batter to the pan and make flat cutlets.turn sides of the cutlets till both sides are light brown.serve hot with some sauce.It makes a lip smacking appetizer.
