Cinamon ( Optional -used Some Times) 1 Stricks
Sichuan Pepper (timur) 1/2 Teaspoons
Pepper Corn 1 Teaspoons
Fennel 1 Tablespoons
Star Anise 8 Numbers
Cloves 4 Numbers

Directions

  1. dry roast all ingredients and powder them fine and use in many marinations and dumplings
