Recipe of Fried Chicken Biryani

Ingredient Name Quantity Unit
Mint chopped  1 Bunch
Tomatoes  3 Numbers
Whole garam masala (each)  3 Numbers
Garam masala  1 Tablespoons
Chilly powder  1 Tablespoons
Slat   To Taste
Ginger garlic paste  1 Tablespoons
Turmeric  1/4 Teaspoons
Chicken  1000 Grams
Coriander chopped  1 Bunch
Lemon juice  1 Teaspoons
Basmati rice  2 Cup
Saffron  1/2 Grams
Oil  2 Tablespoons

Directions
Take a bowl add chicken, turmeric, ginger garlic paste, salt, chilly powder, garam masala powder, mix it and keep it aside for 30 minutes. And deep fry them for 160c to 170c till 70% cooked. Heat oil in a pan add whole garam masala, chopped onion; cook this till onions are golden in colour, add turmeric, salt, tomatoes, cook this till tomatoes are soft, add chilly powder, coriander powder, green chilly, curd, chopped mint and coriander, salt and add water, in this add fried chicken, lemon juice, garam masala powder and add basmati rice (soak in the water for 30 minutes and 70% cooked) add fried onions, saffron colour, cover the pan with dough and close it with its lid, place the pan on tava in high flame for 5 minutes, after that cook it in a slow flame for 15 minutes. Serve this hot.
