Recipe of Ghee Bhaat Bhuja

Ingredient Name Quantity Unit
Basmati Rice Fine Grained 250 Grams
Water 3 Cup
Butter 5 Teaspoons

Directions

1.pick, wash and soak the rice for 30 mins.

2.heat the water and add the rice to it (water should be 1 1/4''above the rice).cook till the rice comes to a boil.

3.add the butter and cook over a medium flame till the water gets absorbed .then simmer over a very low flame for 3-4 minutes.
