Recipe of groundnut chuney

Ingredient Name Quantity Unit
Groundnuts 50 Grams
Coconut Grated 1/2 Numbers
Green Chilies 4 Numbers
Coriander Leaves 1 Bunch
Salt To Taste
Oil 1 Teaspoons
Mustard Seeds 1 Teaspoons


fry the groundnuts in a pan on low fire, without adding oil or ghee. then grind it with grated coconut, greenchillies, coriander nleaves and salt to a fine paste.

heat oil in a pan. add mustard seeds. when they splutter, add the chutney mixture. stir well and remove from fire.

  serve with dosas or chapatis.
