Kheer with the flavours of Rose

Recipe of Gulab Kheer

Ingredient Name Quantity Unit
Rose Water  2-3 Tablespoons
Almond, Pistacheos, Raisins  handful Slice
Sooji (Semolina)  1 Cup
Sugar  1/3 Cup
Condensed Milk  1 Can
Milk  4 Cup
Dry Rose Petals  1 Teaspoons

Directions
Boil milk, condensed milk, sugar. Add sooji and stir well to avoid lumps on low heat. Add half of nuts and dry rose petals. Take off from gas and add rose water. Mix well. Garnish with leftover nuts and dry rose petals. Serve chilled.
