Recipe of kakaraya karam
|Whole Lentils, Urad Dal, 1/4 Cup, Chanadal, 1/4 Cup, Cummin,3 Table Spoons, Mustard1/2 Tables Spoon, Garlic 5 Pieces , Curry Leaves 15numbers|
pour sum oil, in2 a pan, and make low flame, and fry all intigrents each after each add in a pan, slowly, and when it turns light golden browm, keep aside, and cut round pieces of kakarakaya, add salt and turmeric, mix and keep aside for an 4 hrs, we get bitter water inthat, squeeze the bitter all and keep kakaraya pieces a side, pour oil on a pan, and make deep fry..that in2 golden colour, and add all integrents in a blender, keep aside of this blendered powder, and freid kakaraya... Take a big onion cut in2 small slices, add sum oil in a pan, and fry all onions, till its get golden brown, and add kakarakaya...and add the blended powder in2 this. it gives us, gud flavour, and nivce taste... kakarakaya karam is ready, you can eat this vth hot rice, hot chapathis, give gud taste...when you eat.......
