Ingredient Name Quantity Unit
Milk Or Coconut Milk Or Water 2 Cup
Ghee 4 Teaspoons
Sugar 1 Cup
Sooji 1 Cup
Raisins N Cashewnuts 5 each Numbers

Directions

Take a kadai pour a tsp of ghee n fry the sooji for some time..Then add sugar milk n keep stirring till the mixture comes off the kadai.do add the ghee .Now add the fried raisins n cashew nuts.Spread the mixture in a greased plate n cut when it is cool.You can use coconut milk also.Instead of sugar use brown sugar (vellam) .That gives a different taste. 1.sooji,sugar,milk 2.sooji,vellam,coconutmilk 3.sooji,water,sugar. choice is all yours.Try it.
